To use the online application go to www.delmarva.com (http://www.delmarva.com/), click on “my home,” and then click on “report an outage or a safety hazard (http://www.delmarva.com/my-home/report-an-outage-or-safety-hazard/).” The reporting requires customers to provide the utility pole number or an address for the streetlight.
