Breakwater Estates will be hosting their annual meeting in person on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Avenue, Lewes, DE 19958, starting at 9:30 am. Doors open at 9:00 am to sign in
and make yourself comfortable with coffee and bagels. We will be addressing a number of topics, including the transition from a Property Management managed community to a Board of Directors managed community, various community improvements, committee updates, board elections and numerous other important issues as we prepare for the next fiscal year.

The Delmarva system lets people log on to a mapping tool that helps them report if a streetlight it out or damaged, according to an announcement from Delmarva. To use the online application go to www.delmarva.com (http://www.delmarva.com/), click on “my home,” and then click on “report an outage or a safety hazard (http://www.delmarva.com/my-home/report-an-outage-or-safety-hazard/).” The reporting requires customers to provide the utility pole number or an address for the streetlight.
